A hot steaming bowl of chili is a great meal for a cold day (and most other days too!). This one takes only a little time and work to make, so you have more time to enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Pinto Beans, drained
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Medium Onion
- 1/2 cup Hellfire Farm Chili Blend
- 1 cup Water or Beef Stock (unsalted)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch & 1/4 cup cold water to thicken
Directions

Coarsely chop the onion. Heat the oil in the pan and add the onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Crumble the ground beef into the pan and cook until browned, breaking up the chunks.
Add the beans and tomatoes. Sprinkle the Chili Blend over everything and mix in. Then add the water/beef stock.
Heat to a simmer, then add salt, sugar, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix the corn starch in 1/4 cup cold water and mix in. Simmer to thicken, about 5 minutes.
