Hellfire Farm is a small “micro-farm” in Franklin County, NC. dedicated to growing hot peppers. We have been gearing up for two years, and are finally in full swing for 2022.
We believe that hot peppers don’t need to be relegated to the traditional roles of sauce, chili, and curry. In fact, they can be incorporated into anything you can imagine, and we plan to imagine a lot! Follow along as we grow our peppers and explore new (and possibly crazy) ways to use them.
