Looking forward to our first farmers market this weekend! We’ll be going to the Downtown Rolesville Farmers Market in Rolesville, NC. We will have dried super-hots from last year’s harvest (Ghost, Carolina and yellow Reapers, and Dragon’s Breath) and some milder selections (Habanero, Serrano, and Anaheim), as well as some cookbooks. Working up some recipes to bring as samplers to see what you can do with these peppers.
